Product Description

The SUP-LZ metal tube rotameter is a variable-area flowmeter developed by Supmea Automation for volumetric measurement of liquid, gas and steam. Built with 304/316 stainless steel, it handles extreme conditions from -80ºC to 450ºC and pressures up to 10MPa, ideal for corrosive, high-temperature and micro-flow media in chemical, water treatment and petrochemical industries.

It covers water flow of 0.1-200000 L/h and air flow of 0.05-2000 m³/h, with a standard 10:1 turndown ratio (20:1 optional) and accuracy up to 1.0% for liquid. Equipped with dual pointer-LCD display, it supports 4-20mA, HART, pulse and upper/lower limit alarm outputs, powered by 24VDC, AC or lithium battery. With IP65 protection and four connection options (flange, clamp, thread, sanitary thread), it features low pressure loss, magnetic coupling stable signal transmission, power-off data backup and easy installation & maintenance.
