Product Description

The SUP-FVM200 micro vortex flow meter adopts the Karman vortex street principle and is specially designed for DN8, DN10 and DN15 small closed pipelines. It has no movable internal components, effectively reducing mechanical wear and ensuring long-term stable operation. This integrated device realizes simultaneous real-time monitoring of liquid flow and medium temperature, with flow accuracy of ±3% and temperature accuracy of ±1ºC. Equipped with a rotatable self-luminous OLED screen, it supports intuitive on-site data reading. It provides multiple signal outputs including 4~20mA, RS485 Modbus and switch alarm to connect with PLC and automatic control systems. Constructed with a 304 stainless steel base and aluminum alloy housing, it reaches IP65 protection level, suitable for measuring clean liquids such as water and glycol in industrial production, new energy and laboratory circulation pipelines. Customization services including OEM and ODM are available.
